We have relocated from Noida to Bangalore last month. I would like to bring in your attention towards the ineffecient services provided by the United Express Packers and Movers.
The United Express Packers and Movers employees are highly UNPROFESSIONAL and ILL MANNERED.

The Sales Person (in NOIDA) was keenly interested until the order was placed, But he forgot the date, time and place on the final day. He promised that the persons will come @ 8:00 in the morning but after making 100's of call the team finally reached our home @ 2:00 pm. The team packed all the items in such a bad manner that not a single furniture item has reached undamaged. All the tables are broken and the sides are chipped off. The condition of each and every item is in such a condition that it cannot be used again.

The strory of unprofessional behaviour does not end here. We were not at all informed whether our car and other packed items have reached Bangalore or not. Again we had to call the contact person several times to get the information. Here also the team reached 1.5 days late as promised by the person. The unloading started @ 11 pm with only 3 persons. Since it was 1:00 am in unloading, the team only unpacked, and assembled a few iteems. The payment has been done and therefore now there is no one to listen to our complaints.

Also the contact person Mr. Sharma is ill mannered and doesnot know how to speak to clients.

In all, I would recommend NOT to take services form UNITED EXPRESS MOVERS and PACKERS. They quote the lowwest but then the service is also WORST.Please STAY AWAY from this company.
