Grain merchant and commission agent - unnecessary

This is to inform you that I am using reliance no ********30 for the last 2 months , for the last 15 days i am being mentally harassed by the customer care executives.They are activating services on my no for which i am not placing any requests , when i place a request that a amount has been deducted they refund the amount and again after 1 day they deduct the amount for some other services, In the last 15 days i have spoken to some say 15 executives and they have blocked my no from calling to customer care. These are some of my request no 1******** , 1******** , 2********7 and in the last three days they have deducted 190 Rs by using some new and different modes.I am being mentally harassed and at last i have decided to place a complaint because now they are not listening also.This is a request from a consumer who is losing business and also being harassed and being sometimes placed into a very tough circumstance all because of these unnecessary deduction of charges by the reliance service provider. Please help me to get the balance back as it is not only about balance its about consumer harassment
