sir,
i purchased one videocon sim on early june in jamnagar . a few days latter suddenly they deducted Rs. 30 from my account. i was informed that caller tune has been activated into my sim. i told them that i have not sent any such kind of request to activate it. they did't listen my words eventhough they donot attend the call thereafter.

again same thing happened today.they deducted Rs. 45 from my account without any reason. i tried my level best to contact with them but it was almost impossible. on dialing many a times it shows they are busy , call latter.

i pray you to look into this matter and let me get my money back . i shall be ever grate full to you.
