********27. I was using Mobile internet on 21st aug and there was net balance but when i checked my balance 88rs. was deducted, still net balance was available. I have complained in customer care on
21st of aug and customer care executive registered my complain and said that
my balance will be delivered within 2 days i got sms on 21st aug. After 3rd day i called again to custmer care then they said tht 3 days has been passed u will not get refund and ur complant wil nt registrd again. i was shocked that only 2 days passed
how can be 3 days and my complant did nt registrd again? I said, can i talk to senior person then executive disconect the phn line. I have called in customer care again then they are saying Many difrent resons for it and now complain will not
be made.
So pls. Can u tell me wats going on??
