Satish Kumar from Universal Courier, D-12/25, shop no. 1, sector 7 Rohini, Delhi, came home on 4th March 2018 to take the parcel (guitar case). gave a receipt. the parcel never reached Mumbai. I have called him more than 10 times so far. He isn't even providing the tracking number. It seems he never shipped the guitar case. I am fed up of his lame excuses. He isn't even answering the calls now. I have given a complaint in police station Prashant Vihar on 30th March, but we all know how police works in India.
