Its a warning to anyone who chooses Uniconnect and its services for any travel solution abroad. I am assuming if the customer care executives were rude to me in helping me find a solution to my no data reception, they are rude to anyone in general. I took uniconnect for HongKong and experienced some issues with the data connectivity. First getting thru the customer care was an issue and then the guy who was on the call became one. Instead of giving me a solution, he said it will take 2 days to fix it and hung up !!! I mean what sorta services are you guys running !! Uniconnect is a bad choice for anyone !! Horrible experience!!!
