Dear Sir/ Mam,
I have purchased 2 flats in Supertech Eco village II in Noida Exten. through Unicon. At the time of booking Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Negi (Asst. Sales Manager) had promised me that he will give a discount/ credit note of 2.5 % ( i.e. 10 % of Supertech & 2.5 % of Unicon).
We had booked one flat on 6th floor and another on 7th floor in same tower but when I saw the receipts it was 6th and 8th floor. He had changed the floor without my consent… he did not even inform me about this.
In spite of all these things, he has not given me any credit note or cheque from the unicon yet. I have tried so many times to call him up but he is not picking my phone calls.
Unicon is a prestigious company, and I am not expecting these types of Fraud with you people. If your executive make the impressions like this in the mind of people, then how can we make a good relation in future.
I would request you to please take my case further and provide suitable resolution asap.

I support this complaint. Unicon is a big fraud... they have cheated me also in a same manner. they promised me to issue the debit note but i m still waiting... BIG Frauds.
No, the issue has not been resolved at all... i have not yet recd any debit note/ cheque from Unicon. This is really bad and unethical practice.
