Dear Sir,
It is submitted that the ramp used for passengers ' walking is in terribly unhygienic condition. I have seen cleaners deployed for this station but they are ignoring the ramp area. It is in disgusting state with stinking human excreta.
I would request you to take appropriate measures for stopping people from excreting here and notify the station maintenance and housekeeping department to clean the area. Thank you.
