Dear Sirs,

I Mr P. R. Sethuraman is travelling today i.e. 18 September, 2011, by 16352 Nagercoil Junction-Mumbai Express vide PNR No.413-2340928 bearing Seat No.A1/3.

I have boarded at Trichirappalli Junction for Mumbai. I am ashamed to inform that inspite of charging Rs.1577/- a nasty and dirty pillow and bed sheet were issued to me by the contractor Krishna Kumar & Company of Marthandam.(Tamilnadu).

When I enquired the contract fellow about the hygeine of the pillow and bed sheeets issued to me he was threatning to assult me.

I informed the TTE on duty and RPF Sub Inspector about the incident.

I am a director of a Company and I can't scuffle with the idiots.

Therefore I kindly request you to approach the appropriate central railway authorites that the passengers are not slave to railway employees.

Due to the letharjic attitude of railway auhorities such incidents are happening as such since the railway employees are not rendering their services for which they are being paid they are leading worster lifestyle than the begger.

Shameless industry. Accidents became casual. Passengers are being illtreated.
