I am using Alliance Broadband Internet Service,Kolkata from May,2013.
Every alternative day my face problem getting internet service. When i made contact with Local operator (Pragati Communication) under Alliance Broadband , he did not pick up my cal at time and don't try to solve my problem. Therefor my internet connection get unavailable for 2-3 days.
When i made contact to main alliance broadband support desk(1********00), they told me to contact local operator(i.e. Pragati Communication), when he is unavailable on call and he did not say us about office address.
