NLDK Timbers Pvt Ltd - Unable to claim TDS refund as deducted by NLDK Timbers, New Delhi

I leased my flat in Gurgaon to NLDK Timbers Pvt Ltd, for which the deducted TDS of Rs. 28,994 for the Financial Year 2008-09. They gave me Form 16A with my PAN No. wrongly entered. I submitted that to IT office for my TDS refund and it was rejected. I approached NLDK again in July 2011 and this time they gave me another TDS Form 16A with correct PAN No. However, I am unable to claim any refund as the details of TDS deduction vide the Form 16A do not reflet on the NSDL web-site.

NLDK has refused to cooperate saying that it NSDL website is not updated, they cannot do anything. Please help.
