I am having two mobile phones of reliance (********19 & ********73). There is some amount deduction taking place continuously in mobile No. ********73 since 05-06 months. I used to contact customer care and feedback given as there is some services activated in your account and thus deduction of money is taking place. I repeatedly requested since long, I don't want any services other than calling facility and I was assured from customer care that no amount deduction will be taking place as there is nothing now activated. However, 30 Jun 12, I recharged with Rs. 20/- and again I noticed a deduction of Rs. 10/- stating that some services were activated and also told that this money will not be refunded now including assured that it will not be happened in future. 0n 02 Jul 12, I again noticed Rs. 10/- deducted from my account stating that the same as above. However, customer care assured that the deducted amount will be given back to me within 02 days as the lapses is not from my side. Now, U tell me should I be opted for others service provider with a legal notice to you?
