Respected Sir, Sub:Regarding New Ms connection at NARWANA
I DEEPAK MITTAL S/O SH. Nathi ram mittal Narwana(Haryana) applied one subject mansion connection on25/01/2013.After receiving telephonic call from department”s official I deposited rs 50225 on 12.02.2013 vied receipt no 264 (21688).
The censored officer Mr Suresh Hooda (Sdo) city NARWANA , UHBVN thoroughly checked my file and told methat your file is complete now and tell me that you have to pay hand some amount of Rs 40000 as bribe then we grant u the power conn- ection and also told me that I have contacts with my higher officers as well as in govt. I am near relative of CM Haryana. No one can take action against me.When I refuse his illegal demand he change my estimate forcelly and threat me. I am an unemployed person and I can,t fulfill the illegal demand of said official. It is pertinent to mansion here that I am going to start my unit after taking financial help from bank and relatives It is there for request to your good self to direct the censored official for issue me the power connection and take action against culprit. and oblige I shall be highly thankful to you if the said connection is grant me in time.
