Sub: - Application for recovery of maturity value of KVP Certificate against loan A/C
No. - LOAN (O) 1575/04 dated 22.07.2004 from UBI Bank Raniganj.

Respected Sir,
With due respect I beg to state that, I have taken loan from UBI Bank against KVP Certificate on 22.07.2004. After the maturity period I applied on 20.04.2009 to the bank for deduct the balance dues of their branch form the matured amount value of the pledged KVPs, which have already matured and pay me the rest amount.
After not any response from Bank I applied to RCC, Raniganj, GM of UBI HO, Kolkata, SSPO, Asansol P.O, ADPS, PMG Office, Kolkata.
But my above request has not been acceded to even after laps of near about 36 months. I’m moving round & round from one office to another offices. As result I have been put to great financial difficulties.
So Sir, I request you to please do the needful in the above matter.

1. KVP NO.301189 Rs.10,000.00 Maturity Date:-03.04.2009
2. KVP NO.301190 Rs.10,000.00 Maturity Date:-03.04.2009
3. KVP NO.301191 Rs.10,000.00 Maturity Date:-03.04.2009
Certificates are in the name of ABHIJIT BANERJEE & KRISHNA BANERJEE.
Sir I hope you will do the needful as early as possible and as reply please recover my maturity amount and oblige.
