I was taken to this place while visiting Taj Mahal by a local guide, i brought a glass set worth Rs.4250 as i was not carrying enough cash i was told that it will be delivered to my address within 10 days if i pay half the amount as advance and rest i can pay when the item is delivered to me!! So trusting them i paid Rs.2000 and my bill number is 16180, its been more than one month but the item did not come. I tried to call them several times but sometimes there is no proper response and all the time they say the item has been shipped just yesterday and when i ask for tracking number they say call next day 11 to collect and when do that again the same reply. I called them again on 9th Feb and some guy hung up the call on me, when i called back some other guy picks up and gives me a tracking number CU0********IN and says my item has been shipped on 4th Feb by speed post. But the irony is that the number that they gave says "Consignment details not found".
