I HAVE BOUGHT MY CAR ON 9TH OCT 2013 BMWX3 WHITE COLOR FROM PARSOLI MOTORS SURAT
GUJARAT I AM A VERY PROUD TO BE OWNER OF BMW AND I RECOMMED AND BMW 1 SERIES TO MY
COUSIN SISTER TOO AND SHE ALSO FROM SURAT HAS OWNED 1 SERIES AFTER FEW DAYS BACK
FROM MY BMW X3.. I TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF MY CAR IN ALL THE WAYS IN CLEANLINESS AS WELL
AS IN DRIVING TOO BUT SUDDENLY YESTERDAY BETWEEN 6-7 PM AFTER RETURNING BACK FROM
SHOPPING MALL BACK TO MY HOME I REALISED THAT REAR RIGHT TYRE IS LOW PRESSURISED OR IS
PUNCTURE SO I CALLED TO MR YOGESH FROM SALES DEPT OF SURAT PARSOLI MOTORS TO GUIDE
ME, AND HE TOLD ME THAT NO WORRY U GO TO REPAIR THE PUNTURE , AT LEAST SPEED YOU CAN
GO 100-200 KM ALSO BUT I HAD TO GO ONLY 1 KM FOR REPAIR OF TYRE NEXT DOOR, BUT AS THE
TYRE REPAIR FELLOW CHECKED THAT TYRE CANT BE REPAIRED AS ITS BURST/TORT FOR 1-2INCH
GAP WITHIN SO IVE TO PACTH IT UP FROM INSIDE, SO DIDNT FINISHED THAT WORK FROM HIM
INSTEAD I INFORMED TO PICK MY CAR TO BMW SHOWROOM NEXT DAY IN THE MORNING AND THEY
FOLLOWED UP AND TOOK MY CAR TO SERVICE STATION..AND NOW ON EXAMINATION THEY ARE
SUGGESTING ME TO REPLACE THE TYRE WITH THE NEW ONE BUT THEY ARE FORCING ME TO DO SO
WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY..SO I DONT THINK THAT BY THE WAY OF MY CARE MY DRIVING
PROFILE TOWARDS CAR I HAVE BY MY MISTAKE INJURED THE TYRE INSTEAD I TOLD AFTERSALES
DEPT OF BMW PARSOLI TO GET REPORT FULLY OF THE TYRE FROM TYRE CO AND CHECK THAT THE
TYRE COULD ALSO BE PROBLEMETIC OR CAN HAVE FAULT WITHIN FROM YOUR SIDE TOO.. BUT I THINK THERES ALLWAYS CUSTOMER THAT IS POINTED OUT WITH FAULT INSTEAD OF CO-OPERATING
AND GIVING LOYAL SERVICE THEY (BMW PARSOLI MOTORS SURAT) ARE JUST INTERESTED IN
SELLING THE MACHINE AND DONT WANT TO LOOK AFTER THE PARENTING CUSTOMER NEEDS FROM
THEM FOR CUSTOMERS CAR..THIS HAS REALLY EMBARRACED ME TOWARDS THE WAY OF THINKING
OF THE PARSOLI MOTORS...INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE TYRE THEY ARE IN SEARCH OF THE
CUSTOMERS FAULT FINDING... SO PLS DO THE NEEDFULL AS I HAVE RESPECT TOWARDS BMW AND
THEIR HIGHER AUTHORITIES I FEEL THAT YOU CAN FIND OUT THE TRUTH AND COULD GUIDE ME WHAT
SHOULD I DO.... ITS JUST MY FIRST CAR OF BMW AND JUST 2 MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND I M FACING
PROBLEMS FROM AFTER SALE SERVICE SO I WISH I COULD GO LONG UNINTERRUPTEDLY FURTHER
WITHOUT ANY MAJOR DISPUTE IN OPEN... PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULLY ASAP..
