The Tushti infocom private ltd (e media technology ) has made an agreement with us related to provide us with 7000/- rent per month for 1st year then 8000 per month for IInd year and 10000 per month for 3rd year (led advertisment ) against for providing space in our premises and while agreement they took security amount of Rs. 35000/- on 28.06.2018 . Now the person both owner sudhindra mohan mathur and his sales executive Naresh kumar is not picking up their mobile phones.
Please help me out with this situation.
