I was travelling alone from KAnpur Central to Sealdah by Sealdah Rajdhani On tatkal waiting ticket.
TTC Mr Banerjee misbehaved shouting and inspite of the deat he didn't issued me and issued the other waiting passengers.

I would like to know from our Indian Railways that what is the sense of issuing Tatkal tickets. On waiting when they cannot confirm it ????

Besides this have we Indians forget our culture??? How come a TTC can misbehaved with any passenger ???
Besides TTC, when I ask for a water bottle from the attendant of pantry car, he ask for money... May I know why!!!! Aren't we paying upfront for everything for our Rajdhani and shatabadi trains???
