Hi , I purchased a Maruti suzuki WAGON R LXI CNG model vehicle in the montj of September 2013, not even 6 months and there is ggrumbling noise from the vehicle and the vehicle is Spectra motors service centre at malad, mumbai. its the 3 rd day today and the so called engineers are not able to figure out the problem. I want my entire money bqck or the new vehicle in lieu of the current one. last week on sunday the vehcle was at the service station and they have replaced it with new RAIL but still the sound persists.
plz guide as to whom should i complain I am fed up with the service guys and maruti vehicle.
