One of the airtel service providers does not behave properly when I told him to return my money. (Tuesday) I went one shop of nimbuwala (Dehradun) for e-recharge of Airtel mobile.
I told him that the mobile was of Pune & the recharging offer was of Rs30. But he told that in Dehradun there is no offer for Rs30 & he done the e-Recharge of Rs25. I will paid Rs25 to him when I did not get any amount then I forcefully told him to make the e-Recharge of Rs30 then I got Ra25.30. I paid Rs30 & when I told him to refund me that 25Rs then he says that he refund my amount on Friday after talk with their Airtel serviceman.
Today when I go back to their shop for refund the shopkeeper shouted on me & says that they did not want to talk anyone & doesn\'t refund anything. The shopkeeper has deleted the transaction message. But I have the Receiving message from them. I want help from you & I hope you never neglect this Complaint.
