Worst experience with them PLEASE DON'T BOOK FROM THIS SITE . THEY WILL SNATCH YOUR MONEY .

I had booked my tour to shimla with my husband on 7th july . The hotel name was Woodville palace and is 4 star hotel near mall road. While booking we confirmed from travelguru lady that if she should check the availability of the rooms. She confirmed and assured us saying there are rooms available and we need not to worry . There site also showed 2 deluxe rooms were available . So we booked online and the confirmation letter . She said we only need to take a photo proof ID with us .

On 9th afternoon we called up the Hotel Woodville to confirm our reservation through TravelGuru , but they said they have no booking in name of us and they have already informed travelguru that no more rooms are available in their hotel . The question was "Why TravelGuru didnot informed us of this situation when they were personnely informed about rooms availability and why in the first place they confirmed the booking without checking up with the hotel . Do they not even update their site for rooms availability ????

Later when we callled their customare care number the second lady named Nisha kept on saying to give them more time to solve the matter . Next day is our train and they still not giving any clue about it . She not letting us to speak directly to their are manager and
kept on saying he is not available , his phone not reachable , he left from office blah blah .....


What kind of service they providing???? Does it take 2 full days to check on availability or to check any other alternatives????

Their area manager got no responsibility towards his customer ??? or he is there only to snatch money from people and leave from the office .
