On 14th Feburary Bibhuti Express(12333) running from HWH to ALD is 3hrs 55min late.I am travelling from BWN to PNBE by the same train and my ticket PNR no. ********30. When I enquired in the enquiry at BWN station regarding the reason of late running, no proper answer was provided to me by the concerning official, and even the person at office of the CTI shows reluctance in this matter.Being a citizen of India do we have the right to know about the reasons of late running of trains? I hope and expect that you will guide me in this matter.

Faced the similar situation-
I am traveling in Haridwar - Allahabad Exp.(14116) running late by 09hrs 55 min . My PNR No.is 2********5. Earlier by yesterday evening this train left Haridwar station by 22:10hrs ,late by 06 hrs from it's regular time of departure.
This train should have covered the delay but on the contrary it's getting worse . Is there anybody answerable to the irreparable loss to the tasks one had to complete today . Had I not been able to get on the train , I would have had nothing as compensation . Who is going to compensate for the one who lost his interview for the long awaited job just due to in genuine delay .
Kindly take sincere concern as it's high time now , people on this route feel hurt as nobody is paying due attention on their genuine complaints.

Dear Board Members, Train Number 22121 started on 10.02.18 from LTT, reached Orai 15 mins late. It is 3.10 pm we are still at Kanpur Ganga Bridge. We do not understand the reason. We don't know what time it will reach Lucknow (LKO) . This is AC Super Express.
