NIL - Train Was not stopped at the Station where Journey Starting.

On my return Journey from Yashvantpur [YPR] dt. 20th May, 2011 to Ambala [UMB], the second Train [No. 12715] Sachkand Express was not Stopped at H Nizamuddin Station. I was booked a paper ticket bearing PNR No.115-0825333; confirmed seat No. S2 - 72, for 22nd May, 2011 from NZM to UMB, the train reached the station little bit late at 14.00 hours. For my utter surprise, the train NOT halted in Platform No. 7 or so of Nizamuddin Station. Some other passengers were also suffered due to this, some of them were waiting this train for more TWO hours or so.
Since I was carrying some luggage alongwith me, was not able to avail refund against above mentioned ticket due to rush in the corridors. It can be define as an harrasment, as I was compelled to continue my journey by bus. If it was of Long Journey, it was not possible.
Requesting to check this and advise to get refund on my above ticket.
