Hi,

I missed MY train because of the ill management of Ghaziabad Station Team .Hence need action against the respective staff members of Ghaziabad Station and request to refund the ticket cost .

I have reached to Ghaziabad station on time at around 10,and as per confirmation received in Ghaziabad station enquiry counter ,the train was supposed to come on platform No-02 at 10:13 PM . This timings were also been shown on digital display also the announcement been done.

Since all the confirmation were showing , I was waiting for train on platform No-02 ,But despite of all this ,platform number sudden changed to 01 with no intimation and display units were keep showing that the train would come to platform no-02 . As the display units were showing , I am in impression that the train would come on 2 . After wait of few minutes when I looked back ,I found that train was moving from station . My parents were with me so I havent tried to catch running train.

This was complete ill working of Ghaziabad Station staff that I missed my train and have lost the time and money both.

In night itself, I arrange ticket in Kanpur Shatabdi in Tatkal and get the travel done .

Due to this, I have lost the money and time as well . I would request take necessary action against Ghazibad Station team and help in getting the refund done of highlighted details .
