WHILE CROSSING BANDRA STOPPED BELOW FLYOVER BY TRAFFIC POLICE FOR LANE CROSSING AND ASKED TO DEPOSIT DRIVING LICANCE. MYSELF REQUESTED FOR PENALTY CHARGES FOR WHICH I WAS AGREED TO PAY. POLICE ASKED FOR RS 200/-, SAME GIVEN AND MYSELF ASKED FOR RECEIPT. BUT RECEIPT NOT GIVEN AND TOLD THAT AMOUNT WILL BE DEPOSITED BY POLICE IN OFFICE.

date of incident:-20/11/10 at 09:10 hrs A.M.

Complainant's Goal: RECEIPT SHOULD BE GIVEN BY TRAFFIC POLICE AS WELL AS CAMERA SHOULD BE THERE.
