I had ordered for HP pendrive on 20th of feb 2012, the product details are below and they delivered wrong product. I complained to customer care the very next day itself but no use at all.
It is more than 15 days since I gave complaint regarding wrong product delivery. All the answer I got from customer care is "we need some more time". I dont know how much time more they need. Months or years.

Hi I had ordered for "HP v220w 16GB Flash Drive" with transaction ID: 2218727 and other details as below but I have been sent "HPv210w 16 GB flash" drive.
As per the telephonic conversation with the customer care executive I am sending the snapshots of the product delivered to me by the tradus people.
Please make arrangements to exchange the same as early as possible.
Do not make this as my first and last purchase by delaying the exchange.

I ask tradus peoploe to give an explanation for the delay. I have been undergone mental torture, waste of my time in calling customer care.
Guys do not shop with tradus. They are cheaters. I have red lot of problems with the tradus people regarding wrong product delivery and other cheating things.
