ICICI Direct - Trading account is not operative

My trading account is not operative for more then a year. I have keep on writting , furnishing whatever details and documents etc asked for. Either they are not responding or replying very late that too most of the time suggesting me to visit the branch. I have visited the branch also but of no use. asking for furnishing documents though I have already furnished.

I have written to corporate office also but no response to me. I have written to them to approach consumer forum etc and also mentioned that I am not able to sell my shares at the same time loosing opportunity to trade and invest in shares , but as usual not any concrete action to activate my account.
