Total Home Protect has found a way to help improve the economy, they hire idiots. I placed a claim with them and it took them a week to come up with the wrong answer. My water heater manufacture no longer exists and Total Home Protect can't ask the question, "is there a replacement part"? Hubble squired SETS tankless water heaters assets after SETS went out of business. They have tried to Help SETS consumers as possible but all of the old SETS parts are no longer in existence .

It took me 5 minutes on the phone with Hubble and I had the answer, NO! They can only send new parts for new systems. 5 minutes on the phone gave me the correct answer that in a week the purchasing department for Total Home Protect couldn't come up with. Now it will be 3 plus weeks with no hot water. Home Protect has the poorest customer service I have come across. Think long and hard before choosing them, buyer beware! You have been warned about Total Protect Home Warranty.
