Hi All
This complaint is regarding the bad experience with avaya .
They use to conduct interviews and when asked for a response , the reply comes that someone has been transferred internally .
There is one incident with me too .
I got a call from hr and she fixed an interview with me .
I had 2-3 rounds and then finally i was asked to come and meet one of the directors .
I was told that it will be a meeting only for 10-15 mins .
I told them that I have to be in my currently working office on time so they committed everything will be cleared before time .
I had a long discussion with director for 1.5-2 hours .
After that I ws told by HR that she will be talking to the other hr who is handling ctc details and the same day i will be getting the offer letter on my e-mail address .
I rushed back to my work .
I waited for 2-3 days but didnt got any mail from the so called HR .
I called the hr,,,she never attended my call .
I even send e-mails to the concerned hr 4-5 times but she didnt replied .
I wonder how the employees work in avaya , they don't understand their responsibilities at all .
Then after a week I send an e-mail to one of the senior managers who is the incharge of the project .
He assured me that after having a word with HR, I will get the response .
But then also after following up , I got reply from hr that I am not selected .
if such is the case than why was I told earlier that I will be getting the offer letter on my e-mail the same day ?

Whom the company is fooling ? I put up a queston mark on the hiring fundamentals..rest all depends on the companies top management ..

Or someone has asked to take some other person who has approached via higher management !! No other reason seems to be there .
Why so many questions are arising !!!!! Do anyone has answer to all these..
I don't think so but hope someone will save the sinking avaya ship !

Here now a few list of question arises
1 ) If I wasn't selected than why was i called in the office to meet so called director..is the company doing timepass with the qualified people ?
It was a total waste of my time and money while travelling .
2 ) Next thing is when hr,senior manager , director knows that I have to be in my currently working office on time then what was the purpose of taking my 1.5-2 hours long discussion . A complete mess of time .
3 ) When HR told me that I will be getting the offer letter which includes the salary structure than what happened to that promise ?
Is the company doing fake interviews or just doing time pass ?
Or the HR was never checks her e-mails . Nice naa . Free salary .
Well the company must be doing the same time pass with the other aspirants too !!
4 ) A good company is one where a proper response is communicated .
Inspite of sending e-mails 4-5 times I got such a horrible response ..
Shocking & very very disheartening .
5 ) Knowledge is not at all considered in avaya . I experienced that hardworking people are not liked there .
Senses like employees are sycophant !!
6 ) Don't the directors knw how much valuable is the time ?
If they were not sure that they actually need an employee than why the hell so many rounds of interview were done and personal interview for 1.5-2 hours?
7 ) I visited the complaint side and find disastrous results as an employee as well as customers of avaya . I am on a better half , a reason for me to smile :-)
I believe that there's a lot of time pass going on in the company .If the company doesn't take proper action than the sinking of avaya is very near .
Personal requests to the hard worker employees that leave this company otherwise they may get a bad patch on there name .

A personal opinion which has become public : -

Avaya is a very very very disappointing company with horrible experience !!
I will never consider this company in my future and personally recommend the same to my friends and colleagues !!
