I have been charged unnecessarily 700 rs by seagate care centre in charge in Rajkot. My hard drive was in warranty but he fooled me by saying tht company has charged me bese my hardrive was opened without permission of company. when I checked with seagate helpline they told me tht according to company rule the product in warranty is not chargeable and in case opened by customer they will not replace at all tht product. Please guide me how to take action against ths person and take back my money. my mobile number is 0********25. hope i will get justice....
