i had done complaint at ghatkopar station master Mr.M.V.patil under complaint number 019810 dt. 26.08.2010 about the overflow of urinal but till the date not a single action has been taken by this Mr.patil. at that time he told me go where ever, this will not solved before 3 months. he showed me other complaints of passengers near about 15 numbers relating to this same toilet which is on platform number 1.
we the passenger are feeling very much in convenience and due to this overflow it will cause to our health also. thefore i request to concern authority to taken immediate step and solve this problem as early as possible.
