This is to bring to your notice that we have purchased a Kent RO on 21st March 2015 from Shree Balaji Water Solution Bhiwadi. Invoice no: 371 for an amount of Rs. 16,500.
Now there is no power in the RO so I have registered a complaint on 29th December 2015. On 30th December I received a call from a Technician (ph no ********14) saying that there is a visiting charge for technician & we will need to pay that. I said that it is under warranty & customer care department said that there is no extra charge. The technician said that no matter how many times I call customer service no technician will visit without any money. So I agreed & told the technician to visit our site office & check the RO. Till today the issue is not yet resolved. I have registered complaints more than three times & every time I call I get the answer that technician will visit in 24-48 hours.

The Kent RO is not working for last 7days & we have not received any kind of service & the Kent RO is under warranty. Really disappointed with Kent. We re repenting for purchasing the Kent RO.
