I placed an order no. 10363176 on timtara.Com (an e-commerce web-site) on 4th dec 2012 for akai 29 inches hd television( led29e12) and paid for that rs.15,500 (fifteen thousand five hundred only) through my internet banking. The order was confirmed by timtara.Com and a confirmation e-mail regarding order confirmation was send by them on same date with delivery commitment as delivery with in 3 weeks. I call so many times to their customer care no. 01353051500 and 01356670700 but every time they says order is in process and delivered with in next 2 or 3 days but till 17th Feb 2013 the same has not delivered by timtara.Com.
