I had terrible experience with Tikona initially with Sales even though I gave them a date on which I wanted to install, I kept getting calls (very irritating) every day asking me when I would want to install!!

I activated the service on 7-Feb and when I checked the net couple of days later the speed was around 200 kbps when I called to complaint the engineer failed to come to check the issue and after follow-ups and poor customer service (adamant and not willing to help or call a supervisor) when I asked the customer care agent to escalate I had it enough and told her to disconnect and she was very prompt in giving me the disconnection no. I then after a few tries was able to get to the disconnection team and the agent told me that my speed of 200 kbps is what I would get as the speed would 1/8 of my package speed of 2 MBPS. What a service!!

Till date no engineer came either to check the connection or resolve the issue....my repeated calls to Tikona had fallen into deaf ears and I have stopped calling them.

The sales TL Pramod had given me is manager Vishal's no. to get the issue resolved and after speaking to me once and assuring me that he would look into it he just stopped picking up my call or answering my sms's...what a pathetic customer service through out!!!!

I now never intend to be with Tikona ever again and want my refund for the amount paid!!
