This is regarding Policy No. “WTG1409736â€, with Aviva India Life Insurance on My wife name “Kiranâ€.
We purchased this Policy in December 2006 as Yearly Premium of Rs. 12,000/-. We also paid 12,000/- in December 2007. I’m not able to pay amount in 2008 due to I’m outside the India that time. Aviva deducted approximately 50% of Premium paid as Paid up Value with in not even mention in Policy Document.
Since Last 4 days, I’m following up the Aviva India, but didn’t receive any response for why they deducted Paid Up amount. This policy was wrongly sold to us by Centurion Bank of Punjab, as they told we have to pay this policy for 20 Years, but now as I checked with Customer Care Executive, that is till 85th Birth of My wife Birthday.
Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

I support this complaint. I am also going through the same condition. This DABUR is a fraud company in insurance sector.
