State Cargo Packers and Movers - Thief or Movers and Packers??

I hired State Cargo to shift my Bike and household goods from Gurgaon to Pune. I was given a quote of Rs 5000.
When the packers came on 4th Nov 2012, they asked extra money. After some negotations, it was fixed for about Rs 6000.
Now, till today (22nd Nov 2012), I have not received my goods. While the Delhi representative Jigesh (********62) keeps saying that goods are in Mumbai and will be transferred to Pune today (since last 5 days this today has never come), Mumbai representative Aji/Vinod (********51) keeps asking for extra money for no reason. Now, they have even started not picking up my calls even when I have agreed to give the extra money (as I have no option, my bike is with them). They just reply on SMS saying that they will send my goods today as usual. I really don't know hwere to go and what to do. I feel as if my bike and other goods are stolen by them.
Please assist me in this matter at the earliest.

State Cargo Paker and Mover are the worst i have ever seen. I have not receive my shifing good till date.

THis is too much. Try to compliant the higher officials of that transportation company. You can also approach a lawyer along with the neccesery documents and file a case on them. you don't need to go to the court, the lawyer will take care of verything.
