I Dr Rajsekhar Nayak Partner of M/S GUNASHEELA SUEGICALS & MATERNITY HOSPITAL would like to report the theft of battery value of Rs 13,000-/ (Approximate) which is attached to the generator in our hospital premises in side the compound wall on 03-May-2017 night we noticed the theft on next day morning Kindly acknowledge this letter & do the needful.
