The worst services that I have experienced so far --- I was using a clay sim card for USA and was on 15$/15 day plan which was almost paying 2000/- rental per month. I bought the sim card on 25th September and was told that the rentals would be charged for 5 days only for September. I got my first bill in the first week of October where entire months rental was charged and when I asked them for this calculation I was told the billing cycle is from the 1st- 30th of the month but from next month they will adjust this excess rental charged. Next month was the same story, full rentals and the previous one wasn’t adjusted. My mother had to call them for this but its being repeated on regular basis. Plus it so happens that the data they are offering on their T-Mobil sim as high speed doesn’t work in US. Its slower than 2G. Cant wait to come back and return this clay disaster sim card.
