Today i.e. 05.02.2012 i am travelling from JAT AVNT SPCL Train no. 04054; I was booked my ticket on confirmation by IRCTC and booked my birth in S10 Coach with seat no. 45 (middle birth); This train came 2 hrs late at station it reaches around 12:45 AM on 06.02.2012 instead of its real time as 10:45 PM on 05.02.2012. When it reaches at plateform no.1 what i found that this S10 coach is not a reserved coach and our seats are tranfered into sitting arrangements it was not a slipper coach. It was a general apartment but with reserved sitting seats instead of slipping births. Every body was very angry on railways for this unacceptable action taken by Indian Railways for its customers.

Please try to push my complain against Indian Railways on behalf of All S10 Coach Passengers to Indian Goverment and Consumer Forum.
