Toady while crossing signal at Hutatma Chowk at 9.15 am the traffic constable Sutar arrogantly given signal to left moving vehicle ( Towards CST) when signal was green for pedestrians. One car nearly dashed me and my friend Shri Patwardhan when we asked him about his act he rudely behaved with us. This shows his arrogance and negligence towards his duty . He should have not allowed the vehicles when we were crossing, it might have injured us. I feel that the cops deputed at signals should be given proper training to behave with common citizens.

Hoping to have proper action in this regard.
