This is regarding my Activa scooter purchased just 2 months back having registration number MH14 DZ 2389.
The scooter had accidental damages so the scooter was given for repair to Sterling Honda. It needed one of the outer body part replacement. As the scooter is very new, there was no chance of any colour fade. But the outer body part replaced was not matching the original colour. When raised the concern it was told that they do the repairs as per their satisfaction and not customers'. The Service incharge Mr. Jadhav was very rude and wasn't taking responsibility of fault. His behaviour was like "if you want to take your bike then take and he dont care". These people don't believe in good customer service.
There are not many dealers of Honda 2 wheeler in that area. It seems that due to big sell of Activa and as many customers are approaching this service center for any repair they are much satisfied and don't care about keeping good behaviour and providing better after sales services.
Yours being a renowned organization such type of mistakes are not expected.
Hope, you will look into the matter and take the appropriate action.
