chemist - the new nucear sx7i was at home and after 7 hours of charge the product did not work and was to be send back. Im really disappointed with your service

the netbook was charged for 6hours on customer care's recomendation.
And then nthng hapnd it wasnt working only and i am really disappointed by your service. Please see to this matter, dear TVC. THERE is a software problem.
