Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind attention that I Pankaj Kumar Agrawal had booked Royal Enfield with the booking ID No. BKNG********00408 from Orai Dealer SINGH ROYAL.
The sale advisor called me on 19th Oct’2017 and said that a silver colour Royal Enfield Classic 350 CC model is in the showroom which can be delivered to me the same day.
I went to the Orai SINGH ROYAL Showroom and deposited the Rs 1, 58,100/-- (One Lakh fifty eight thousand and one hundred Rupees) he gave me the cash receipt no. 811 against the cash deposited.
I was taken to the service centre where the Bullet was shown to me which was supposed to be delivered to me. The Service personal were doing some repairing work on the same bullet which he told me to sell against my booking ID.
But there it self I refused to take delivery of the bike which was shown to me in the service centre.
On the 22nd Oct’2017 they pressurised me to take the same bike which I had refused to buy from them.
So I would like to request the Royal Enfield Sales authorities to kind instruct the Orai Dealer not to bill the bike which I have refused to take the delivery as I have doubts that the bike has some defect and due to which the owner of the showroom wants to bill the defective bullet to me in spite of my refusal to take the delivery of the same bullet.
