I had left my car for a wash at above mentioned center at 2.30 pm and they said the car can be collected at 6.30 pm. This car wash center is right across the road of where my home is. My driver went and collected the car in the evening. Next day when I had use the car to go to office, I noticed one wheel cap is missing. So immediately I when to the cash wash center , showed them they had missed putting one wheel cap. The person there said he will check and let me know. Again next day I went , I go the same reply. My driver went to check again next and he was also given the same reply. Once again when he went they finally told him that there was only 3 wheelcaps when the car was left for the wash.

On the day when I had left the car for wash, that day at 4.45 pm , I gone to check if they had started the wash and they were then washing my car. I clicked some pictures while I was there and in those pics it is clearly seen there were 4 wheel caps.(attaching the same for reference) I went again with this fact to the the cash wash center . The owner was unavailable. I left my phone number and asked him to call me.He called me and refused to replace my car wheelcap or pay for the same either.I had left my car for 4 hours and now I fear I dont know what else have they stolen or replaced, in the name of Car wash !
