clay telecom - Terrible way to deal with customer issues

I have had such a bad experience using Clay International sim card for China. When it came to selling the plan, Rohit ( sales guy) was super active and dealt with every question I had. While I landed in China and tried using their sim card, it showed signals but would never make calls or even receive calls. I wrote endless mails to Rohit seeking help, but not even one email was responded to. Well their customer care centre also is pretty much the same, as even they didn’t feel deem fit to help me get the sim card working. After all this scene and returning the sim card also, today I have received a bill of rs 5700 for my usage in China, which has already been charged on my credit card. Such pathetic company standards to deal with. I am hoping that after reading this they will take proper action and also refund the money. I doubt I will ever use their services again. Really bad.
