Terrible services in Australia --- I chose to carry an international number here from Delhi itself than get one from Perth. I made a terrible choice of going ahead with a clay international SIM card.. The cellphone reception in my area was so poor that even to call their customer care I had to use my cousins phone. As insensitive these ppl can be to customer complaints, they are. I could speak to a representative after 7 mins of being on hold. He had no answers to my questions and he hung up after being probed more on the network issue. I have actually switched off the phone ever since and using a number that I bought locally. Waiting to see what will they charge me now.. Pathetic!
