Paid my money to order a number of products to Total Lighting and Decor of Burlington, Ontario and after over 2 months of waiting, have never received the goods. Continually get the run around from these guys.
Next week, next week, etc., etc.,
Finally requested my money back and was refused.
They promised delivery within 2 weeks.
After several months of waiting, i still have nothing to show for it and i am out of pocket hundreds of dollars.
If you order anything from these guys, suggest not making any deposits.
Might never see the product or your money back in any timely fashion.
In fact, strongly suggest you shop elsewhere.
Avoid shopping at Total Lighting and Decor of Burlington, Ontario.
Terrible service and attitude from the manager/ owner.
Already reported to the Better Business Bureau.
I am so glad you posted this complaint about this place. I had the same thing happen! Still waiting for my refund too, but I doubt they'll ever do the right thing and give me my money back.
