Respected Sir,
I, complainant Hari Swaroop Gangwar, a student of TechAcharya Solutions Pvt Ltd on behalf of other students and employee. I hereby inform you as follows:-
1. My View:
I got information about techacharya, that it take course fee-Rs 40,000/-.and gives certificate.
Payment mode:-20,000/- at the time of admission and remaining from salary of four months.
It is a 6 month duration course, 2 month for classes and remaining 4 months for training on live project. After that as your wish you can join service adda, a venture of TechAcharya Solutions Pvt Ltd.

They mention various attractive special features;
I joined it by paying Rs 20,000/- completing Ist Installment on June, 29, 2012. After completing fee than there was no one asking about me. Just come to class for 2 hrs only per day and leave.
Now, it has been near about 4 months, the syllabus has been not completed yet. They are just doing time pass. They didn’t fulfill any features of normal coaching class. I want to say that it is a completely “FAKE” institute. There is no mean of attending classes, in a week there used to be 4 classes and 1 day for test. Also the time is not fixed. No one knows when class time changes. They are just playing with us. They are just deceiving and taking money from us. Now they introduced new rules in between them such as final exam, the person who will score more than 90% will be allowed for further training for project. In reality they don’t have any projects.
they always lie when i ask some questions from them.

2. Employee views:
a. No Live Project at service adda
b. No Domain Registration
c. No payment even after completing six month of course
d. No regular time schedule. Any day there could be holiday.
e. No experience certificate, on demanding they give which is not valid. I.e. Fake certificate
f. On demanding payment, they give bounce cheque.
g. Service adda is not registered, but TechAcharya registered in the month of july/aug 2012, they don’t have any export license. If employees ask for TechAcharya Solutions Pvt Ltd experience certificate, they deny.

h. No trainer, if it is then not experienced.
i. During classes they left advanced topics, till now that topics are not covered.
j. Employee completed all fees even though they are not paying them.

3. They guaranteed us that they will provide job after the course completion but they fail to full fill their promise.

4. They just make people fool by giving them wrong information to take the money from them.

5. When I requested them to give my money back, they said that money will not be refunded and
also said “jo karna ho kar lo”.

I request you; please take some necessary action against them. It is fake institute,we want our money back.
