I was Travelling with my 11 years daughter from Kasba Post office to Bharat Sevashram Sangha near Ballygunge Station on 14th Oct'2010 Time : 11:45 AM. By a Taxi - WB-04A-5424.

The Taxi Driver refused to change the meter to down and insisted to continue with old reading of 18:00 in the meter, he refused to make the meter "ON" even I have insisted him two times.

After getting down from the Taxi the Driver- a man in his fifties asked me to pay Rs. 26/- as lumpsum.
I have paid him the amount claimed by him(Rs.-26/-) and told him that "I will note the taxi no. and make a complaint against him for not making the meter"on".

Hearing it he became infuriated and started using vulgar and abusive languages which I feel ashamed to mention here.

I would request you to take appropriate action against this Driver for this type of behaviour against me.
