While Booking tatkal ticket via window, One of the agent was blocking the 'Q' and keeping his tickets in between the tickets. his practice is that he is collecting all the resevation forms from the persons in the 'Q' and keeping his reservation forms in between the collected reservation forms. This is happening in front of the booking clerk but he is just being a spectator, that to he is not stopping the person from doing all this practice. this is happening in Bhigwan (BGVN) Railway station pune district. lot of people ar facing inconvinance regarding the issue, Please take the necessary action.
